Funkshen boss and head shaper, Dave Tully hit the gold coast last week for some needed rest and relaxation together with some work after the silly season that is christmas and New years. Tully and his wife Nikki scored some very decent swell whilst there and to top it off managed to score a rare "Solo" session on the Flowrider at Dteamworld! Thanks goes out to Pete and the head engineers at the flowy for all their help. Tully was able to test out some all new cores and materials on the flowrider without the public pressure and no-one in the whole park!
For Australia day, Dave and Nikki managed to spend the day at Australia ZOO to pay respects to the absolute legend of Steve Irwin. R.I.P you little ripper!
