South Australia's Michael honeybone takes out bba 8th tour event, Exclusively bodyboarding/Funkshen bodyboards Pro Held at scarborough beach perth.Honeybones first  bba pro tour win has seen the new star from victor harbour climb the ratings ladder to a convincing win in 3-4ft perfect perth metro beach break posting a 9 point average and 7.75 surfing with tight moves in the pocket and explosive repertoire of tube riding and aerial manoeuvres to hold an early lead in the final. The final also hosted young perth bodyboarder in his first pro tour finals appearance Ben Vietch also busting out with some great tube riding ability finished with air roll exits to see him start to peg back the field to finish 2nd posting a 7.75 and 6.90 for his best 2 waves. 
 
Vietch held off fellow w.a cowramup (north point) local Ben delfs, return to competitive bodyboarding after a 3year break from the tour,his welcomed return seen him dominate his quarter & semi finals to make his finals birth,with a 6.40 & 6.0 ride placing 3rd. Great to see his support on tour again. N.S.W cronulla bodyboarder Glen sullivans commitment to the tour payed off with his first finals with smashing his way through early rounds with a myriad of combinations choosing to sit out back and pick off the sets. his wave selection no doubt his key to great form throughout the event scoring 6.5 & 5.3 placing 4th. Congrads to all for there support on tour and bodyboarders of west Australia.
